Education Pioneers

Life Pieces To Masterpieces has benefitted from Education Pioneers fellows who have been assigned to projects that are critical to the core of the mission: strategic business planning, business planning for Corporate Art, human resources consultation. Education Pioneers fellows have gone on to become junior board members and Saturday Academy mentors, broadening their relationship with LPTM, demonstrating a deep commitment to the work.

The George Washington University Neighbors Project

ARCH Development Corporation

ARCH creates a home for small businesses, artists, arts and cultural organizations to fulfill their commitment to the revitalization and sustainable economic development of Historic Anacostia. ADC operates a residency program for both domestic and foreign artists and houses some of LPTM’s young artists.

“I had the opportunity to intern with LPTM as an Education Pioneers Fellow during the summer of 2012. It was a truly transformative experience. My internship was the perfect opportunity to put skills I developed in my MBA program to work for LPTM’s powerful mission of transforming the lives of boys and young men. It was thrilling to be even a small part of their amazing work."
