LPTM Basics: 4-Part Human Development System
Each day, our mission is actualized through the use of our unique and effective 4-part Human Development System which we call LPTM basics. This system is the foundation of our arts-based curriculum and guides all of our programming.

Here are the 4 parts of LPTM Basics:
-
Purpose:
The purpose of our human development system is to provide opportunities for African American males age 3 to 25 to discover and activate their ability to turn challenges into possibilities.
Premise:
By providing an emotionally secure environment for our apprentices, they can be free to love and express themselves. Love + Security + Expression = Life
Process:
We provide apprentices with the opportunity to connect, create, contribute and celebrate together.
