Life Pieces Art to be included in the 2009 ZENITH COMMUNITY ARTS FOUNDATION Exhibition

Founded in 2000 by Margery E. Goldberg, the Zenith Community Arts Foundation (ZCAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to enriching the quality of life for residents in the Washington DC area and beyond through programs and initiatives that combine art, creativity, collaboration, advocacy, education and innovation. The Food Glorious Food is a unique annual collaboration between artists, top area chefs, businesses and individuals that has raised more than $100,000 for the Capital Area Food Bank in just four years. Launched in 2005, the mix of food, art and charity includes a month-long art show of food in all its fabulous forms; a calendar with art from the show and delectable recipes; and a calendar launch party and silent auction. This year, the show and party move from their original location at Zenith Gallery to Woolly Mammoth Theatre. The show opens with the party on December 3.
